Go to the volmatch.org website on your device.

Press the circular VolMatch logo/register/login button in the right-hand corner.

Before registering/login in scroll to the bottom and press the blue Install Web App

Press Install

Add to Home screen?  Press Add

Once you have registered as a user you can create an organisation. This request will be sent through to our admin team who will be able to activate your account. Please give 24 hours for your organisation to be made live on the system, although often it will be quicker. Once live you can follow the simple steps to register an opportunity. Volunteers will be able to see your opportunity immediately. They can search on distance and date created. If a volunteer is interested they can register with you and an email will be sent directly to your registered email address. You now have your first volunteer! Please contact them as soon as you can.

We find most volunteers check the website on a regular basis so any time is fine.

VolMatch can give you the tools to help achieve your CRS goals, enabling your colleagues to complete their choice of volunteering at a time and place to suit you.

Yes any one can help, although you need to be over 12 years old to sign up to VolMatch. Some of the organisations and charities may have specific requirements and these will be noted on each opportunity or communicated once you have signed up to the opportunity.

No, the benefits of VolMatch is you can choose an opportunity to suit you

Each opportunity you complete will have a direct effect to the organisations and charities you choose. May volunteers also say that they have made new friends, feel mentally and physically fit and their general wellbeing improves after volunteering.

Simply register as a user. Once registered you will be sent a verification code to active your account. Once activated you can search our list of opportunities and find something that suits your requirements.

I am sorry you can’t see any opportunity. You could try widening your radius. If this doesn’t work please contact info@volmatch.org and the team will look into this directly for you.

We don’t publicly share your information with anyone!

The only time anyone sees your information is when you express interest in a volunteer opportunity. We send the following to the organisation that posted the opportunity:

Your email address
Your phone number (if you provided it)
